  • In-Home Personal Training

    I offer one-hour training sessions at your home or location of choice.

    Rate: $85/session

    Packages:

    1 session

    1x per week (4 sessions/month)

    2x per week (8 sessions/month)

    3x per week (12 sessions/month)*

  • Online Training

    I offer online workout programing, fitness advice, and accountability coaching. One zoom session is included in this package (can be used for nutrition, fitness advice/questions, etc.)

    Rate: $150/month

  • Gain muscle by sticking to a healthy calorie surplus and hypertrophy-focused resistance training program.
